Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Food Technology to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Develop innovative lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and promote a passion for food and nutrition.
* Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience of students.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a recognised teaching qualification and have significant experience teaching Food Technology at the secondary level.
* Possess excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for food education.
* Demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities, helping them to achieve their full potential.
* Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
