Job Description:
Our client, a well-established independent agent, are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their growing team in Birmingham.
A great opportunity to join a well reputable company with great growth plans and earning potential.
Working hours of a Sales Valuer:
* Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
* Alternate Saturdays 9 am – 4 pm (day off in lieu for one of the Saturdays)
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:
* Up to £30,000 basic
* £50,000 OTE
* Car allowance
* Career progression
Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have the following:
* Previous Estate Agency experience
* Able to work well individually as well as in a team.
* Excellent communication both written and verbal
* Highly organised
* Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
* Increase Branch income.
* Carrying out market appraisals
* Selling the services of our clients
* Closing for business
* Help drive business forward
