Job Description:
Sales Advisor

£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k
Role summary:
You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.
Key responsibilities:
* Make 100/150 calls a day on an automated dialler.
* Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
* Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
* Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.
Required skills and experience:
* We are looking for candidates from either a sales background (phone based or face to face) or candidates from a call centre background who are looking to kick start a career in sales.
* A quiet place to work at home.
* Be comfortable with remote working.
* The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
