Senior Administrator - Legal
Leeds City Centre
£24,000 - £26,000
My client are an award winning, independent firm who are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will need previous Administration or Facilities experience, ideally from a Professional Services background.
As a Senior Administrator your duties will include:
* Handle all incoming and outgoing post
* Setting up meeting rooms when required
* Assist with maintenance and repairs of office equipment
* Ensure that office supplies are maintained
* Photocopying, scanning and binding
As a Senior Administrator you will have the following skills:
* Previous Administration or Facilities experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
* High levels of attention to detail
Please note: This is a fully office based position.
