Your new company
Based in Stirling, our client is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. The role will be undertaken working from the office during a training/induction period, with hybrid working of 2 days at home being available afterwards. The organisation are served well with public transport links and onsite parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of varied and fast paced workload. Your duties will include; purchase ledger, high volume processing, mailbox management, payment runs, reconciliation, petty cash, journal entries, query handling and general associated finance administration.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have proven successful experience of the above duties. You will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will communicate with clients on a daily basis.
