Sheridan Maine is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Assistant to join a dynamic and growing organisation based in Bristol. Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Assistant will include:
* Efficiently process invoices, credit cards, and expenses to ensure timely and accurate payments.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
* Generate and analyse reports on company spend to provide valuable insights to management.
* Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure all required actions are completed on time and support various departments as needed.
* Assist in reconciling bank statements and AP sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
* Help the finance team where required, contributing to overall team success.
To be considered for the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, you will require:
* Ideally have previously worked in a similar position.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Passionate about automating and refining processes.
