Business Intelligence Analyst / Finance Professional
Remote: Working to be negotiated - Contract of 3-6 months.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst/Finance you will be a key player in the delivery of the clients’ fast-growing acquisitive group. Through relevant experience you will be able to adapt to our clients’ environment. Temporary contract of 3-6 months.
Your primary role will be to facilitate a knowledge transfer process within the Finance department, focusing on a full Excel reporting stack built on Power Query and SQL code linked to Sage 200.
This is a critical role to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the financial reporting processes.
Attributes Required: Business Intelligence Analyst / Finance Professional
* Power BI Experience: 2+ years of experience analysing large volumes of complex data with Power BI.
* SQL Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL for data manipulation and query writing.
* Advanced Excel Skills: Expert-level knowledge in Excel, particularly in relation to financial data analysis.
* Power Automate: Experience with Power Automate for process automation.
* Finance Experience: Previous experience in a finance-related role or environment.
* Quick Learner: Ability and willingness to rapidly learn new systems and technologies.
* Personable and Customer-Focused: Able to relate well to colleagues at all levels and provide excellent customer service.

Desirable Skills:
* Accounting Qualification: Formal accounting qualification is a plus.
