What you’ll do as a Customer Success Executive:
* Manage all aspects of post-sale customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing and proactive communication
* Build strong relationships with customers, delivering an outstanding experience from purchase to delivery and beyond
* Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and expertise
* Process and track customer orders with meticulous attention to detail
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover
* Manage stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team as needed
* Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processes
What you’ll need:
* Previous experience in a customer success or service role, preferably in an office setting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
