Job Title: 1st/2nd Line IT Support.
Salary: Up to £26,000.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

As part of expansion plans of the business, I’m looking for a 1st/2nd line support technician to join the team to help provide IT support remotely and face to face on occasion. This position is as much about knowledge as it is about character and attitude. The business are willing to train and help the right person. This position is hybrid based in Swindon working Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00 and with a starting salary of up to £26,000 this is an excellent opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Providing IT support remotely and on client sites.
* Raising tickets with suppliers and manufacturers helpdesks and manage until closure.
* Answer customer questions and queries via phone and email.
* Assisting the configuration and set up of new customers.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
Skills and Attributes:
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have a car.
* Excellent Communication via phone and email.
* Have a good can do attitude.
* Knowledge of basic networking principles.
* Work individually and as part of a team.
* High level user of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Service applications.
