Job Description:
Do you have experience in a sales coordination/ sales support and client liaison role?  We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and proactive new member of our growing team, to provide vital sales and account management support to the business. This is a varied role where you will engage with new prospects (from warm leads) to secure new sales meetings for the business. As the Sales Support Coordinator you will use your client liaison and sales experience to identify the most viable business opportunities and work to secure new appointments from warm leads/ inbound enquiry. The role will also include working with the Sales Support and Marketing teams, to provide vital planning and administration support across various key areas from CRM management, profiling, proposal creation, lead tracking etc. 


Key responsibilities 
* Contact new leads to qualify potential new business and secure sales meetings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Accurately log customer information and opportunities into the internal CRM 
* Collaborate with Account Managers to identify targets and qualify sales opportunities.
* Provide support to Account Managers by responding to enquiries. 
* Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks and follow up.
* Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and resources for proposals and projects.
* Conduct research to gather market intelligence and identify potential leads.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
* Assist in sales administration, including creating proposals, updating the CRM, data entry, and upkeep of sales trackers and spreadsheets.
* Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on project status and sales pipeline.
Skills and experience required:
* Experience working in a support role within a sales environment.
* Experience working within the energy sector is desirable. 
* Experience in dealing with B2B customers and stakeholders.
* Polite and have a friendly B2B telephone manner.
* Excellent communication skills, able to persuade and negotiate.
* Time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) and CRM software.
