Job Description:
I am currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join my client within their domiciliary service in Leatherhead. Salary up to £25K.
Our client is an established provider with a great team in place. They are looking for someone to come and support with scheduling and managing their carers, to ensure consistent care is provided to their clients.
The Role; As the Care Coordinator you will: * Be responsible for a team of staff who you will need to regularly liaise with to ensure all calls are covered and attended.
* Be responsible in organising the rotas by matching care staff with clients.
* Make sure the online system is kept up to date
The Person; To be considered for the Care Coordinator role, you will need: * Experience as a Care Assistant within domiciliary care.
* Knowledge and understanding of domiciliary care.
* Clear communication skills.
