They are currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Residential Property team - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a great firm and progress your career within conveyancing.
Duties
* Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, shared ownership and more from inception to completion
* Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
* Working closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents and any other parties
* Building upon existing relationships and client recommendations, and generating your ow
* Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
* You must have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE within Residential Conveyancing
* Experience carrying a mixed and busy caseload without supervision
* Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
* Ability to build and develop professional relationships
* Excellent organisational skills

* Annual salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience
* Office-based working

* Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - part-time considered for more experienced candidates
