Goods In Operative
Temp to Perm ?? Monday to Friday ?? £12.50ph
Are you someone who excels at handling incoming goods with precision and ensuring their seamless storage? If so, we have an exciting opening for a Goods In Operative to join our clients team.
What is the job?
As the Goods in Operative, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and accurate receipt of goods into our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
* Unloading incoming goods using a Forklift.
* Putting stock away.
* Data entry of goods received.
* Labelling received goods appropriately.
* Conducting quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our standards.
* Managing inventory accuracy and conducting regular stock counts.
* Implementing and optimising warehouse processes to improve efficiency.
* Picking stock products and delivering to various departments.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in goods receiving and storage operations.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
* Valid FLT Counterbalance license.
