Job Description:
I am delighted to be working with a progressive and growing firm of Chartered Accountants who is keen to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant into a newly created role.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be working with a number of key clients taking responsibility for:
* Sales ledger processing with credit control
* Purchase Ledger Control
* Expenses
* Weekly Bank reconciliations
* Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Assisting with the monthly management accounts production
* Ad hoc analysis & general administration
The role would ideally suit an AAT Qualified / part qualified experienced accounts assistant. You will have excellent understanding of double entry bookkeeping and strong excel skills, including formulas.
This is a part time role offering either 3 full days or up 25 hours a week, with some flexibility on the hours and days worked.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm at an exciting time. The role will offer further progression and study support for the right individual.
