Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Property Manager
 to join their property services company based in near Dartford, Kent 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company where there is the opportunity to grow.
The role entails (but is not limited to):

* Managing a portfolio of private residential properties in North West Kent.
* Liaising with all appropriate parties as required.
* Arranging and supervising visits and repairs.
* Preparing tenancy agreements, statutory notices and all ah hoc admin relating to the properties.
* Managing all outstanding rental payments.
* Mediating disputes between landlords and tenants and handling deposit returns.
* This role is 5 days a week with mandatory Saturdays and 4 days during the week.
A successful candidate will have:

* the ARLA qualification (preferred).
* at least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager.
* Experience working within Forklift sales or capital equipment sales 
* A full driving licence with own transport, our client will provide either a car or car allowance and a fuel card
* Excellent time management skills 
* Experience meeting with potential clients face to face 
* Cold calling experience 
* Experience using social media and being IT literate 
The starting salary for this position is dependent on experience, but between £28,000 - £30,000.
