The Support Worker Role
Working in a dynamic supported living services that supports people with learning disabilities and complex needs, you deliver person-centred care that empowers and enhances the quality of life for those that you support.
Tasks include;
- Assist with daily living personal care and mobility support
- Follow personalised care and support plans
- Administer ,medication and monitor health conditions
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to engage with community activities
- Maintain records and documentation of care
- Support in managing challenging behaviours using PBS techniques
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant, and to have supported people with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
- Strong understanding of person-centred care
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Full Time or part time hours available
