Package: £24,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission (commission up to 35%)

* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
* Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
* Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
* Managing your candidate database.
* Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
