Job Description:
Fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a global financial services firm supporting a team of 8 including Principals, VPs and Junior Associates.
Salary - £52,000 + bonus and fantastic benefits 25 days holiday
Hybrid working - 4 days working in the office and 1 from home

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Executive Assistant duties:
* Extensive diary management, arranging both internal and external meetings, audio/video calls
* Arranging global travel arrangements, producing comprehensive travel itineraries and arranging visas
* First point of contact for the team screening all calls
* Liaising with clients, their Assistants and the company’s Board members
* Processing expenses
* Organising events
* Preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations
* Handling confidential information
* Providing cover for other EA during times of annual leave
* Carrying out research for team members if requested
Executive Assistant profile:
* Have previously worked as an Executive Assistant or PA supporting more than one individual
* Have previously worked within Banking or Financial Services or Professional Services
* Have managed very busy diaries
* Have booked lots of international travel
* Be used to working in a fast-paced environment
* Be proactive with excellent organisational skills, multi-tasking and prioritising skills
* Be calm under pressure
* Have excellent written skills and strong attention to detail
* Be a great team player
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
* Be able to work on your own initiative
* Have good MS Office skills and working knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
