RAN Incident Manager
Day rate contract role- Circe £350 per day - (Inside IR35)
3-6months contract
Remote work from home position, travel to sites in London and the South East UK required.
The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to join one of the UKs major mobile network operators as they manager the availability of their 4g and 5g networks across the South East of the UK.
Your role as RAN Availability Incident Manager will be managing all cells that are out of service, looking at the end to end process and ensuring quick resolutions of faults.
You will be part of a team that looks at all aspects of unavailability within the network which may be faults or planned change work, which impacts agreed KPI’s and SLAs.
This contract role will give you the chance to work remotely, but you will be required to travel to head office and sites in the South East of the UK and mainly London.
There is an excellent chance that this role extends past it’s initial period.
Your background:
We’re looking for previous experience on Availability, Incident, Fault or Network Management across RAN 4G/5G telecoms networks
Strong communication and leadership is also key.
