Job Description:
About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team, specialising in the service and repair of medical equipment. This role involves extensive travel and occasional overnight stays, servicing a variety of critical medical devices.
Key Responsibilities * Perform service and maintenance tasks on medical equipment with a focus on electrical systems (approximately 60% of the role).
* Travel to customer sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to site permits and risk assessments.
* Follow a schedule of work provided, servicing and maintaining a range of medical products.
* Work collaboratively with teams on-site; some tasks may require a two-person team.
* Conduct critical installations and provide technical support as needed.
Required Experience and Skills * Electrical Maintenance Background
* Experience in the medical environment is highly advantageous, especially in critical care settings.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent fault-finding skills.
* Organisational skills with a commitment to delivering work to a high standard
