Day-to-Day of the Role: * Act as the primary managerial contact for qualitative, financial, and contractual management of services.
* Liaise effectively with the Managing Agent’s representatives and facility users.
* Attend and contribute to strategic meetings, implementing service solutions.
* Oversee compliance and personnel management related to the contract.
* Train staff in plant operation and emergency procedures.
* Review and propose advancements in technology for energy efficiency.
* Maintain and back-up records in line with business continuity plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Experience in managing electrical contracts within a technical or facilities management environment.
* Knowledge of electrical systems, including HV operations.
* Client-facing and communication skills.
* Leadership with the ability to manage and train staff.
* Familiarity with UK statutory requirements and industry practices.
* Risk assessment and method statement proficiency.
