Role Overview
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for server and desktop OS, hardware, software, networks, and backups.
* Assist in hardware and software rollouts, involving travel and occasional overnight stays in the UK.
Requirements
* 1+ years in IT Support/Helpdesk roles
* Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows OS and networking
* Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
* Full UK driving license
