Job Title: FTC Payroll Specialist
Part-time, 3 days a week
Salary: £36,000 per annum for 3 days a week
100% remote WFH role

Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join their Payroll team on a FTC 12-month basis. As a key member of their payroll team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational payroll support to the business.
Role Responsibilities:
* Run multiple end-to-end payrolls
* Proactively manage and facilitate employee queries
* Reconcile payroll data to employee data from the new HRIS system
* Process the monthly payroll via Cascade in a timely fashion and meeting the business payday deadlines
* Process SSP, SMP, SPP, and other variable payments
* Review and amend payroll data
* Prepare reconciliations of ad hoc payroll data and ensure that deductions are made on time
* Assist with providing payroll analytical support to the business when required
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy by undertaking regular validation of data processed by the HR Operations team and other relevant departments
* Submit relevant reports for the monthly payroll process to HMRC in a timely fashion, meeting the HMRC specified deadlines
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Finance, HR team, and Line Manager
* Assist with Payroll projects such as the new HRIS system and new Benefit offering that will shortly be rolled out
Required Skills:
* Experience of managing multiple end-to-end payrolls
* Clear understanding of all Payroll procedures, legislation, related practices, and regulations
* Strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and also be adaptable to change
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Proven ability to work effectively both as a proactive self-starter and also as part of a team
* Dayforce System / Cascade experience would be highly advantageous
