Customer Service Advisor
Temp to perm opportunity
Immediate start
Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 8am-4pm
Payrate: £11.44phr
Based in Tamworth
Responsibilities
* Dealing with customer enquires via telephone and email correspondence.
* Logging jobs onto inhouse systems.
* Data Entry duties.
* Liaising with engineers on a daily basis.
* Creating new accounts for clients.
Requirements
* Confident telephone manner
* Previous experience in an office-based role. (essential)
* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
