Administrator/Reception
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £22,500 per year
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Availability: Flexibility to work some weekends if needed
Role Type: Onsite, primarily involves reception duties

Role Overview:
As a Administrator, you will be the face of the company, providing a warm and friendly welcome. You will manage enquiries and appointment bookings, both in person and via phone and email, for a range of clinics. In addition to reception duties, you will handle various administrative tasks, including managing client records, coordinating schedules, and providing support to the team.
Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage reception duties
- Handle patient enquiries and appointment bookings
- Manage email correspondence and inbox
- Maintain accurate databases with clinical and non-clinical information
- Diary management, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Type letters, reports, and manage general documentation
- Conduct audits and produce reports as required
- Respond to and direct incoming calls, ensuring accurate message recording and timely delivery
- Provide comprehensive clerical support
- Efficiently manage work to meet response deadlines
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience (desired but not essential)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn new IT systems quickly
- Excellent written communication and telephone manner
- High attention to detail and well-organized
- Ability to prioritize workloads independently and meet strict deadlines
- Capable of handling sensitive information
- Focused on providing high-level service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Flexible and reliable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
