Customer Service Administrator
Nottingham (Onsite)
£24,000-£25,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent company based on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, being accessible via public transport. They act as an important service for large companies across the UK, providing support to a range of industries.

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with planning and scheduling activities, ensuring all administration tasks are completed.
* Receiving inbound calls and handling enquiries.
* Raising new orders and logging call information.
* Liaising with Engineers regarding their workload.
* Ensuring customer portals are monitored.
* Accurate record keeping, ensuring all documents are uploaded.
* Compiling and maintaining daily reports.
About you:
* Experience of working within a customer focused, fast paced environment.
* Strong accuracy skills, keeping records.
* Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
* Experience of working closely to support Engineers.
