Payrate: £15phr experience dependant

Are you an experienced TIG Welder with expertise in working with stainless steel and aluminium? Look no further! A leading manufacturing company in Tamworth, is seeking a skilled and dedicated TIG Welder to join their team.

Responsibilities:
* Perform TIG welding operations on stainless steel and aluminium components, ensuring high-quality welds and meeting precise specifications.
* Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine welding requirements.
* Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on the materials being welded.
* Inspect and ensure the quality of welded components, identifying and rectifying any defects or imperfections.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and practices.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a strong focus on precision and quality in working with stainless steel and aluminium.
* Proficient in TIG welding techniques specifically for stainless steel and aluminium materials.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safety procedures.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in welding would be advantageous.
