Your responsibilities:
* Supporting the team with electronic filing and administration tasks
* Answering client queries
* Distributing incoming and outgoing mail
* Copying, scanning and printing
* Completing general administrative tasks as required

* Good organisational skills / keeping track of data
* Computer literate and proficient at typing
* Excellent communication skills
