This role offers significant senior stakeholder exposure and combines commercial analysis and insights to generate business growth and maximise opportunities.
Senior Commercial Finance Manager:
* Business partnering with the Operations and Sales teams, with significant exposure to the Group Finance Director.
* Provide decision support to initiatives and projects supporting the delivery of targets through insightful analysis and idea generation.
* Interpret and challengecurrent & future trading plans.
* Support the sales team in new business case evaluations, ensuring all proposals are commercially evaluated and challenged.
* Deliver key business reporting to the Divisional Finance Director, with some exposure to Board-level presentations.
* Prepare the financial planning and budgeting process within timescales.
* Ad-hoc project work.
Candidate:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* 2-3 years’ experience in a commercially focused, business partnering role.
* Retail or FMCG experience is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Salary & Package:
* £70,000 - £75,000.
