Store Key Holder/Sales Assistant

Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Full-Time Key Holder for our prestigious client in London. This role is fantastic for retail candidates who are looking for their next step in to a Luxury Brand.

Salary: £13.81 Per Hour

The role is 15 hours per week (2 days per week), this is a fixed term contract until August 2025.

The duties of a Key Holder:
* Greeting customers, offering them product advice, and assisting them at the tills.
* Assisting the team with inquiries, acting as a point of contact in the absence of management. 
* Recording performance figures and implementing advertising or promotional activities.
* Opening and closing the store, at the start and end of shifts. 
* Cashing up at the end of the shift, reporting end of day figures. 
* Handling visual merchandising tasks and ensuring all stock is displayed well, clearly and safely.
* Acting in as management in the absence of senior staff members. 
Experience needed:
* Advanced customer service is essential, this can be from retail or hospitality.
* You’ll need to be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking.
* Strong PC skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and take pride in exceeding customer expectations.
