Electrician
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
We are working on behalf of a local social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied and void properties.
Responsibilities:
* Undertaking high quality responsive electrical repairs, testing and/or installation works in domestic/communal areas and carry out associated remedial works identified.
* Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
* BS:7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
* City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing (desirable)

* Out of hours call out rota and overtime for additional earnings
