My client is an exciting business within the media industry which has seen solid growth over the past few years expanding its offering. They are looking for a finance administrator to join their finance team of 3, reporting into the finance manager you will be looking after the transactional finance needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of financial records.
* Managing company payroll for employees.
* Accounts payable and receivable.
* Assist with preparation of year-end documentation and figures for finance manager.
* Recording payments and ensuring they are made promptly.
* Liaise with clients for account maintenance and credit control purposes.
* Dealing with company banking matters.
* Carry out general administrative duties.
Profile:
* Solid understanding of basic accountancy practices - AAT desirable
* Experience within a small finance team
* Strong communication skills for client liaison
* Strong adaptability
