Temporary Receptionist / Office Administrator - International Consultancy - IMMEDIATE START - Ongoing Assignment - London, EC2 - £15/hour

We are urgently looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join a fantastic consultancy in the City of London (EC2), starting immediately.
This is a standalone Receptionist role where you will be the gatekeeper to the organisation, so we’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and a ’can-do’, flexible attitude and good administration skills.
Key responsibilities as the Temporary Receptionist / Office Administrator will include:
* Answering all calls and transferring as required
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
* Acting as the first point of contact for members of the organisation
* Maintaining a professional reception area
* Managing the diaries and logistics for the meeting rooms including room preparation and hospitality requirements
* General administration duties
* Light facilities management duties as needed
* Dealing with post and deliveries

Skills and experience we are looking for:
* Previous experience in Receptionist / Front of House / Office Administration roles
* Confident communication skills
* Warm and professional telephone manner
* IT literate - experience in using MS Office is required
* Highly organised nature with keen eye for details
* Team player
* Reliable, punctual and professional
* Available immediately and able to commit to an ongoing assignment
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Ability to provide professional references / referee details
