Commercial Solicitor - Leicester 

A legal 500 commercial practice is looking to recruit an additional lawyer to their commercial team in Leicester.

The commercial team at this firm advised a range of sectors including the leisure and hospitality sector, retail, logistics and financial services sectors.

The work the team undertakes is varied and may include things such as:-

* Conditions of sale and purchase for goods and services
* Exclusivity agreements
* R&D agreements
* Digital and e-commerce trading terms
* Franchising agreements
* Framework agreements
* Hospitality and catering contracts
* Sponsorship agreements
* Managed service contracts
* Supply agreements
* Outsourcing arrangements
* Procurement contracts
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in dealing with commercial matters such as those listed above.
