Salary: £47,600 - £71,600 (NI) or €64,000 - €96,000 (ROI) + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?
Our Partnerships Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and optimising partnerships that will drive customer growth within SSE Airtricity. This role will focus on new and existing partnerships and is vital to achieving our strategic goals of acquiring more profitable customers by embracing and demonstrating leadership of the partnership strategy and wider SSEA growth plans. In this role you will:
- fully understand the brands that strategically align to SSEA, our planned acquisition volumes and the associated customer value we need to achieve our sales plans and grow the residential business
- work across multiple teams and sales channels to build propositions, drive marketing activity, create channel fulfilment solutions and build business cases that achieve senior level buy-in
- seek out and develop strategically aligned partnerships that promote customer acquisition growth across the NI and ROI territories
- develop a detailed understanding of existing partnerships and formulate a plan to drive high performance levels vs budgeted targets
- support internal commercial development opportunities between different businesses functions
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- demonstrable experience of management level new partnership development and partner optimisation in a related customer facing sector
- the ability to create new strategic partners from scratch, source partners and manage from beginning to end
- a track record of being commercially astute, operationally competent, and comfortable with account ownership and new business development
- a strong understanding of challenges in the Irish energy sector and how these effect customer acquisition
- experience in delivering commercial agreements from drafting to signature
