Job Description:
Customer Account Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in one of their key roles looking after your own client account base with contract reviews and checking their current spends.
The ideal candidate will have a focus on customer relationships and an eye for details as you look through your clients current contract to ensure they are getting the best deal!
You will be responsible for building customer relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
The Customer Account Manager role
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
* Understand client contract needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Prepare customer quotations and maintain communications with follow up
* Monitor and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
* Update CRM with customer interactions, business development activities, and quotation outcomes.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
