Do you want to work home with occasional trips into the London Head Office and have excellent customer services and client relationship skills..? IF so read on and we have an amazing opportunity to join our highly successful clients who are recruiting an experienced Customer Services team player to add to their team!

TRAINING WILL BE 2-4 WEEKS IN LONDON
THE "CustomerService" Role
As Customer Services you will be:
* Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
* Checking to ensure responses are logged and dealing with clients within set time-scales
* Updating the central system with client query progress
* Working as part of a busy team to SLA and KPI markers

CUSTOMER Services Requirements
The Customer Services candidate should have:
* Previous Customer services experience from an office environment
* Able to multi task and work within a busy team
* Deliver first class Customer Service via phone and email and livechat
Excellent salary and benefits await with this Customer Service role
Mon to Fri - no weekends
