Reporting into the Digital Project and Performance Manager, We are recruiting for a brand-new Digital Marketing Manager to join the Topps Tiles Digital function and lead the evolution of our trade website. You will manage the development and implementation of projects, promotions and new product launches for traders, to achieve commercial success.
Responsibilities
* Lead the trade website development roadmap right through from the scoping of new projects to implementation, with the aim of increasing new trader sign ups and trade conversion.
* Work closely with our web development agency to ensure task timings are adhered to and deadlines are met.
* Work closely with IT to thoroughly test new projects, paying close attention to detail.
* Analyse data to review trade site performance, identify new opportunities and assess the performance of new launches.
* Manage the online execution of the trade promotional calendar.
* Manage the online launch of new products, ensuring they are suitably merchandised for traders.
* Ensure the trade website is well optimised for key trade services, events and USPs, and well represents our trade tone of voice.
* Communicate with key stakeholders across the business around digital trade activity.
* Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure, where applicable, alignment with the retail website development roadmap and other trade channels.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role Trade and will have a real passion for all things Trade. Experience of a CMS and Google analytics is essential with Magento experience desirable! You will be super organised, detail-oriented and a real go-getter - Strong written, numerical, and verbal communication skills are key and you must be able to work individually and as part of a team!
