Multi Trade Carpenter

Salary: £38,550 per annum
We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team in Central London.
There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out a range of carpentry tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, general locksmith, bathroom sub floors, bath panels, and framework kitchen repairs/refits.
* Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
* Disclosure and Barring Service Check
* Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
