Award winning PR agency based in central Manchester is looking for a Senior Account Director to join their team. (Hybrid working).

Within this role you’ll have a lot of autonomy running your own client accounts, (predominantly in the B2B sector), in the built environment, food & drink, tech and lifestyle sectors, with ultimate responsibility for their success, retention & growth.

The other main aspect to this role will be people management. You’ll develop clear strategies around talent management, succession planning and workforce development. You’ll be leading the agency’s workflow management and internal communications.

Ideally, you’ll be from a PR agency background with previous Account Director experience. You’ll need to be a strategic consultant capable of devising PR strategies and campaigns that deliver results.
