Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary:
Up to €70,000 + Company Vehicle

Responsibilities:
* Manage all costs relating to building projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
* Minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
* Prepare tenders and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
* Perform risk and value management and cost control.
* Advise on procurement strategy.
* Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
