CHR is collaborating with an industry-leading fit-out company delivering top-quality projects throughout Ireland. We are seeking skilled Estimators to join our clients innovative and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analysing important metrics.
* Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates.
* Calculate and maintain accurate quantities and pricing.
* Monitor and manage project costs and progress.
Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator.
* Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes.
* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
