Job Title: Residential Childcare Tutor / Assessor

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £28,000

Essential Criteria:
* Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA
* Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Children & Young People Families Practitioner / Residential Childcare - though this is not essential, as our client can train you up! 
* Must have occupational competency at Management level within Residential Childcare.
* Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel.


Duties include:
* Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
* Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English. 
* Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
* Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
* Support, advise and motivate learners.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
