Our client is a highly reputable multi-asset investment management business located in newly refurbished City offices. We are seeking a talented and proactive Investment Management Operations Manager to lead Trade Support Oversight, Fund Accounting Oversight and Data Management. In this autonomous people management role, you will have the opportunity to drive improvements, implement new products and asset types, and foster high-performing teams.

As part of the senior operations management team, you will report directly to the Operations Director, playing a pivotal role in leading operational business change initiatives and projects. This involves strategically developing the operations operating model and supporting the implementation of system and process changes, requiring proven change and project management delivery experience.

Your responsibilities encompass a wide scope, including overseeing daily, periodic, and ad-hoc trade lifecycle and Fund Accounting services completed by third-party administrators, ensuring agreed SLAs and KPIs are met, as well as conducting service & due diligence reviews.

To be considered, you will have extensive experience in the entire trade lifecycle for multi-assets and derivatives with oversight of Data Management and Fund Accounting, gained in a BAU team management position from a buyside firm. You will also be accustomed to working with order management systems such as Thinkfolio, and Markit EDM and possess strong Excel skills to work with large data sets and create clear & concise management information reporting.
