Job Title: Plumber Water Hygiene Engineer- CSCS Blue or JIB Card Required
Location: Smethwick.
Salary: £17ph.
Duration: Ongoing Work.
Working in Smethwick, you will be working on an ongoing project as a plumber. 40 hours per week Monday – Friday starting ASAP You will have experience working on sites installing and maintaining plumbing. You must hold a CSCS card for this position and be reliable to turn up to work every day.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Undertaking deadleg removals.
Carrying out installations of copper and PVC pipework, altering as required and removing/replacing when needed.
Attending site to check plumbing work carried out and signing off upon completion.
Carrying out fault finding and ensuring to rectify faults in a timely manner.
Refurbishments and installations.
Expansion valve installations.
Carrying out installation, servicing, and replacement of TMVs.
Servicing and installing cylinders (if G3 certificate is held).
Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time.
Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work.
Skills and Attributes:
• Must have a CSCS or JIB Card.
• Needs to be ready to work immediately/ a week.
• Reliable.
• Hardworking and wanting to join a team
