Role: Reservations Coordinator
Location: London
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £27,000 p.a.
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular 4Star hotel in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Coordinator to join their team.

What’s involved?
As a Reservations Coordinator your duties will vary but are not limited to dealing with all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring smooth operations and maximum occupancy whilst handling incoming enquiries via telephone, email, and online booking platforms with professionalism and efficiency. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are met, including special requests and preferences.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience (12 months) in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service
* Proficiency with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and ability to excel in a busy environment
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically
* Excellent communication skills
* 12 months or more of London market experience
