* Implementing Learning Plans: Assisting the class teacher in executing personalized learning plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs.
* Creating a Positive Environment: Fostering an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
* Collaborative Efforts: Working alongside other support staff and professionals to address the specific needs of each child, ensuring a cohesive approach.

Requirements
* Relevant Experience: Proven experience in supporting children with ADHD and challenging behaviour is essential.
* Patience and Empathy: A compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the needs of special needs children.
* Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
