Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions tailored to the client’s specific needs.
* Oversee the health and performance of the client’s network and server environments, ensuring seamless operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any infrastructure issues quickly to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
* Ensure the client’s systems are reliable and performant, meeting high standards for uptime and efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with the client’s teams to understand and define infrastructure requirements that align with their goals.
Key Skills:
* Proficiency in managing and configuring networks (Cisco, Juniper).
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
* Experience with virtualisation and containerisation technologies like VMware and Docker.
* Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server and Oracle.
* Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimising system performance and reliability.
