Senior Sales Administrator
£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
Central London
Hybrid, 3 days from office, 2 from home

The client
Our client is a global business based in the heart of London; this is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You will work for a recognised brand ensuring administrative support is provided to your team including senior management.
The role
* Processing orders always ensuring accuracy
* Responsible for all administrative tasks
* Chasing quotes and those due to expire
* Adding new clients to the system/ updating existing account details
* Act as an ambassador for their CRM ensuring it is always kept up to date
* Overseeing general tasks such as ordering office supplies
* Orchestrating all administrative tasks for the sales team
* Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly for team and senior management
* Supporting sales colleagues with their target lists
* Liaising with internal colleagues to chase deliveries and payments
* Cleanse data when necessary
The candidate
* Previous administrative experience ideally in sales administration
* Proactive individual with an appetite to learn and develop
* Must be able to travel to central London x3 days per week
* Strong customer services skills
* Phenomenal communication skills both written and verbal
* Ambitious, the opportunities to develop are endless
* A natural problem solver/ solutions driven individual
* Previous experience using a CRM
* Must meet the requirements in ’the role’ section of this ad
* Proficient in all Microsoft packages
* Strong analytical skills/ reporting experience
