Robert Half has partnered with a global brand seeking a Key Account Manager with a background partnering with FMCG or retail clients. This role can be based in Bristol. For the right candidate, this role offers:
£70,000 - £80,000 + 30% bonus + hybrid working (2-3 days a week)
Job Duties:
* Provide gap analysis to stakeholders.
* Deliver capability and training roadmaps to regions and markets.
* Support the director with investment projects.
* Evaluate and optimise trade terms to save or allocate funds effectively.
* Lead workshops with key stakeholders.
* Conduct market audits to gain a comprehensive understanding of market conditions.
* Develop tools and strategies to increase revenue.
* Work closely with directors to negotiate terms and conditions and build out contacts.
Requirements:
* Degree level in a relevant field.
* Senior commercial experience, including marketing, sales, insights, and category management.
* Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or selling to those industries is a must
* Experience presenting to key stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of P&L and the ability to present data effectively.
